my mouse works fine outside of the game, but when i launch a mod, it wont look around, but it can shoot n aim

can you go to the settings page without your mouse? (should work) If yes, try setting your movement to default. maybe you messed something up there.

Can you move your mouse in other maps? If so you might have surrounded the player in a clip, wouldn't be the first time I've seen it happen.

Haha, I did that once by accident
Make sure that there are a few units of space between your spawns and the first clip, for me it was enough to get my shoulder caught.
