So its not the launcher itself in the modtools. But its mostly the Compiler and the Converter.

These errors and the lack of help from the UGX wiki, or video tutorials, even google! Really are pissing me off because there should be no reason for them to not be working properly. Im new to all this so please don't scream at me, thanks.

Reinstall the mod tools in order, install the ugx patch off the wiki (the patch for the mod tools, NOT ugx mod)

select the cod directory -take off read only and apply to all files and subfolders

Open the "bin" folder and change all executables to run in compatibility mode for XP SP 3 or vista and set them to all run as admin

Windows - turn off UAC control

run the converter again
