Ok, so basically i tried to clear my mod folder (IDK if I did it wrong, I basically just deleted everything out of just the mod folder because it wouldnt let me install a map, well it would but when I was in game it wouldnt show up when I clicked the mods button) I then after my mod folder was empty in the folder,  I checked the mods button in game and all my mods were still there! I then cleared my root folder, and deleted it off steam. I re-downloaded it and used my backup. (That I took when I first got WAW, when everything worked) Then I checked the mods button in game and all the mods where still there! I then tried to launch one and it worked! Then I check the mods folder and the one that worked then was in the mods folder. I still cant download maps! Unless I cleared my mods folder wrong or something else because I used my backup and that had none of the old mods in it, but they are still there in game!!!, and the work in game!!! Where are these mods being stored and how to Install more maps or my maps with this problem. Please help, this is preventing me from mapping/testing and playing maps!!!! I really need help ASAP!

There's one in AppData/Local/Activision/CoDWaW/mods and another in Root/Mods, with Root being your root WaW directory.
