So I got Black Ops off steam for christmas and after enjoying the cheats in zombies I began porting some models. After placing them in radiant, figuring out how to compile and checking them in-game... they looked a little off.

You can set collision LOD to high to get bullet impacts but for actual collision you have to deal with something called a "collmap".
