Custom Maps wont start solo

Hello fellow zombie killers! i have a problem... :'(
I have a few different maps installed (most are through the UGX Map Manager) and when i go to play them in solo nothing happens. Im updated to 1.7 and i get no error or anything, i click "play singleplayer" (on The Bedroom for example) and it does nothing at all. ive tried map nazi_zombie_mapname and devmap_nazi_zombie_mapname for them all and still nothing!
Please Help...
