Changing my WaW from my /C: to /D: ? in Help Desk

Ok, so when I bought WaW, I bought the retail edition, and it was installed in my
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War"
I recently got my hands on WaW on steam, and was wondering how I'd go about moving everything my Retail WaW folder has into my Steam WaW folder?
My /C: drive has become filled thanks to my model exports and other, and I'd like to move everything I have there over to my steam installation, so I have more space on my /C:
So would I just copy every content in one folder into the other's folder, or is there some special steps I must take.

Appreciate your feedback.

Alright, I decided to manually transfer it over to my new destination, and yes, all 25gb got transferred flawlessly, so if anyone else is wondering it does work just fine.

great, now copy the entire thing and call it "cod install SAFE" so you always have a back up
