My map is now on a stable status, and i want back it up. Which files do i need to backup? the .map ? the folder in mods?

Well you could back up everything, and probably would be easiest, I recommend downloading software that can do it for it, and also checks for updates on files, etc. :P

And 1 Back Up is no Back Up, make multiple, I got my CoD WaW Folde going to my external drive and my second internal drive, and my map source and model exports, etc. going to my cloud. :) Make use of those 15, 10, 50, 2,etc GB's of storage companies give you for free.
