That's a launcher eror, right? Make sure that your using launcher as an administratior.

done that still not working

Are you able to lunch the AssMan Application through the root\bin folder, rather than launcher?  Make sure its set to always run as admin as well.

fixed it needed ++cc installed thanks for the help anyway
