Assuming you have done everything correctly inside Radiant...

Once finished in radiant press save and exit. (It will ask you about exporting lighting if you have made any changes to lighting just click OK and it will exit...)

Then in the Mod Tools you will need to select your map by checking the box on the left side of the map name...

In the top right you will see a few more checkboxes for stuff..

Check the "Build" checkbox...

Then check the "Light" checkbox... with whichever quality you desire in the dropdown box next to it...

Then check the "Link" checkbox...

With those three selected click the "Build" button...

Your map should start compiling and will take a long time for bigger maps or low end PCs...

Once all that has finished you can uncheck the three boxes... Then check only the "Run" checkbox and hit "Build" again to launch the map from the mod tools.

If the map has been set up correctly the game should launch and spawn you in straight on round 1 of your map :)I hope this helped you
