I need help scripting a few perks for my upcoming maps:

Amm-O-Matic Ale: Refills ammo (similar to max ammo drop) every 7:30 minutes!

Builder Brew: Build one barrier board and they all come up (faster barrier building)!

Teleport Tequila: If you get down to half health you teleport 2 feet away in a random direction!

Also need help with the creation of a gun:

Mercury Blaster: An 1800's style colt (looks like a pirate gun from cartoons and such) that shoots remington new model army style shots except with a pack-a-punch color and damage (THIS GUN IS A WONDER WEAPON)!
Colors are navy blue and gold dragon designs similar to that of the blundergat. (un-pack-a-punched)
Pack-a-punched texture is the gun with gold and diamonds (diamond camo from black ops 2)!
[INCREASED DAMAGE AND FIRE RATE WHEN PACK-A-PUNCHED AND PAP NAME WILL BE: "u wot m8"]

Typing in all caps isn't gonna help you get there. If you would like to learn how to script these things you can check out the wiki for a scripting guide. You can also try learning a C based language as the syntax is almost the exact same for GSC and will help you understand, then for functions you can reference http://www.zeroy.com/script/ for functions available for use in COD. I would recommend C# as a start up language as it isn't too difficult and will give you a lot of the knowledge needed to use GSC syntax. You can find many by just looking up c# tutorials on youtube. Also thank you. :3
