Cylinders Dont Allow My Map To Compile Correctly

When i make any cylinder in radiant and try to compile, the compile finishes in like 2 secs but doesn't actually compile like normal. Then when i load my map in radiant it takes the textures away from the cylinders. If i remove them and compile then everything works fine.

How do i make cylinders that work in my map!?

Are you using physics cylinders? Please make sure you are going to patch>primitives>cylinders when creating them.
