I and new to map making. So when I put perks into my game I went into the game to test them out and after I bought the perk there was no drinking animation after and I couldn't aim down sights or swap weapons until I hit the box and got a new weapons. Also the little perk picture in the bottom left corner of my screen didn't show up right away. Please help soon

whenever i try to build my mod in launcher I get Error -1073741819 and I get the same error when I try to compile the map. All of the other solutions on other posts don't work for me and ive tried everything. Please help.
