I need help to add custom quotes / custom voices to the characters on my map but I have no idea how to do it !!! Can someone help me ?

Can someone help me ? I have a problem in asset manager when I convert a custom models to custom maps:
I did the following, I downloaded the model in "obj" I put it in Maya, I put it in with white and saved the xmodel then in the asset manager I created a new gdt, I created a new entry with the same name of the texture "dds" In model_phong and wood, and in xmodel I selected the model, set it to collision LOD = high when converting xmodel presents the following error:

I was trying to make a custom zombies map and publish it. But I tried to import a custom model (3ds) the big problem is when I put it on Asset View its sides are clear I wanted to know how to fix this error if someone can help me I will be very grateful !!!!! If you want the file with the textures I will leave the link !!!!! As soon as I fix this error I will post my first custom map !!!!!!
