Just change your win language to english, change your comma seperation to a "." instead of a "," ( tutorials should be on google and youtube ), delete your modtools ( right click on the modtools in steam > properties > local files > click on "Delete Local Tool Files" ) Then install them again and all your bugs should be fixed.

Thanks atleast i have better lighting now cause the only skybox that worked for me was zm_factory and it's way too dark.
