Hi folks!
Congrats on a really impressive and user-friendly site. I enjoy it a lot.
I am about as computer-illiterate as you can imagine, being an old fart and all. So please forgive me if there is an obvious fix to this problem.
I downloaded your UGX Map Manager with no difficulty. I tried to RUN it and got a message saying I need version 4.0.3 of NET FRAMEWORK. I am not sure what that is, but the prompt said to contact the program creators. Is this a new problem? I tried to read through as many of the pages here as possible, but may have missed one.
So sorry for any inconvenience, but if someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great.
