Just upload your map to the steam workshop, subscribe to it, and have all of your friends subscribe to it. When you load up the game to play it, make sure you are selecting the steam workshop version that you subscribed to and not the local version that's on your hard drive. The error your getting happens when you select the local version.

If you can't figure out which is which, or if you're only seeing one on your end, have your friend host instead so that you don't get confused between the two versions.

I've searched around everywhere for an answer to this, and can't really seem to find what I'm looking for. I'm trying to make a transition in my map from z dark and gloomy starting area to where, when you buy a door, the new area is a very bright office-like environment.

So, in the new area, I'm trying to make the whole place lit up brightly instead of having a few lights here and there to light the room. It's hard to put it in words, but the best way I could describe it would be like the power area in the map TranZit. There's not necessarily specific light sources, but the whole area is just brightly lit.

Can anyone help me out with this? What kind of lights and light settings should I use to do this?

Thanks!

Hey, everyone! Thanks for any help.

I'm seeing a lot of people on YouTube and the workshop and what not using weapons that they've ported, or using weapons from Black Ops 3 DLC (such as MX Garand, Peacekeeper MK2, MG40, etc.) on their custom maps.

My question is: is there a place where I can download these ported guns or Black Ops 3 DLC guns and add them to my own Zombies map? Or is the only way to use these is to port them myself?

Thanks guys!
