2 of my friends and I are trying to play a Zombies game and only my friends can connect to each other but when I try to join it tells me that the game session is no longer available, None of us can portforward due to our internet companys keeps us from doing so, and we have tried Hamachi which was our last hope... Can someone tell me how to fix this issue with hamachi?

Oh Forgot the mention but my 2 friends owns the game on steam while I have it on disk and yes I did patch the game to 1.7
