So I did a fresh restart on my PC a bit ago and just recently got back around to installing WaW. Went to download the UGX Map Manager, but the download link takes me nowhere?

I've seen lots of mixed opinions about this game, and plenty more youtube videos trying to analyze everything in the game, pointing out whether or not it will fail or succeed, or if it's even worth your money in the first place.
I'd just like to know whether you guys are planning on purchasing the game or not? I will be. To me, personally, it looks incredibly fun. I want to know whether you share the same opinion as I do.

I've tried creating a custom map at least 10 times over. AKA, in my case, trying several times, radiant bugging out, or freezing, and me ending up having to delete all the files (around 3gb~ of files I think). I've done this multiple times over.
Most of the times, things won't show up for me to place, such as volume areas, or player spawns, or zombie models.
I deleted it again last month, and haven't tried re-installing since then. If anybody could help me with this, I may be willing to try again.

Please post here if you're interested. I generally get on quite a bit during the weekends, and I definitely try during weekdays. Times will always change, so just HMU whenever you're online.
