All maps crashing?

On Windows 7 and while maps were working a week ago they seem to all be crashing now, anyone else having this issue?

Was finally able to get into a game but all the textures are stretched/distorted and it crashed after a few seconds

Error when hitting "Run Game" in Radiant

This is what I see trying to launch the map gives another error but I have no idea what that means, running the game normally works fine
