i have to say that im doing a dragon for my custom map, ive got it rigged and all worked properly while making animations, but one day, my maya started to go slower than usual, well, not exactly maya, but when i changed from one frame to other it goes slow it lasts more or less 4 seconds to change, so thats really annoying, for example when u play the anim ull have to wait 4 secs from one anim to otherone so... but the most strange thing is, that never happened before and with other anims it works perfectly for example im doing origins staffs for codwaw and while changing from frame to frame all goes perfect, this is really weird i really dont know if anyone would have any idea on why this happens :P.

Well two things that generally make maya animate slowly are either:

1) There is way too much transform history that needs to be deleted.
2) The joints are trying to influence too many separate meshes.

Outside that a google search might do some good.
