Is this possible? I've got a model for a wonder weapon that has too many surfaces. maximum is 32 and mesh is 35. Also, some parts or tags are not needed. However, the hidetags tactic won't work cause different viewhands for every player.

So i need to delete the tags and mesh faces that each model dont need to create different models. But, when i delete the faces unneeded, model gets messed up ingame. I don't know if its a proper way of doing this, but i tested the anims with the model with deleted parts and works fine in maya. Also, there's a part, the j_loader tag, wich does not appear in position in game but does in maya. Any help would be great. Im amble to do skype and workaround with this issue.
