YES! That was exactly it! the weapons were commented out. For anyone else that is having this issue, do exactly what Harry Bo21 said!

I fixed the red textures, but I still have no guns. I found that post you were talking about, but it didn't help. I might need to reinstall the mod tools, but it will break the map. I won't be able to launch it.

I finally managed to get my map to work, but for some reason, whenever I spawn in, I have no starting pistol, and I cannot pickup any weapons. I checked the console, and I got this. Brace yourselves:
