When I try to build the sounds it gives me an Error without explanation.

I need to know how to properly convert sound files or .wav files so World at War can recognize them. I have tried to Build the sound, but I get an invisible error in Launcher. If I am doing something wrong in Launcher can someone please explain to me? Thanks!
