OK ! It's good, I've finally found it. It was in NDU House, In the Ex-Mystery Box location room, beetween the door and downstairs. It was quite well hidden because of not enough lights XD

Hello ! I've recently downoladed the map, then I've found the ladder and 2 parts on 3 for power. I can't find the 3rd (light) to activate the power on.
