Just installed BO3 and the Mod Tools for it. When I'm trying to launch the Mod Tools, a very fast screen of CMD pop ups and instantly goes away. Mod Launcher from Black Ops 3\Bin\.. does start seperatly, Radiant does not. I already have 100+ hours for the Mod Tools and it did work perfectl...
