I have installed a map, launched it from the tool bar and all its doing is bringing me to the world at war homescreen, what am I doing wrong?

My download will get from 60 to 70% before an error message comes up saying the download has timed out, I don't know how seeing as I am constantly checking it and everything seems to be working fine, Help please?
