When I try to play this mod, I get this error code

Also the console message it refers to


I have tried deleting any possible loose files, deleting it totally, verifying game cache, etc.
Any ideas? Also, I have the Steam version, I run the mod manager as an admin, and I have full access to the network (I administrate it)
