the risers should also have script structs, what KVPs do you have on them?

Also, in radiant, do you see the yellow line coming from your zombie spawner to the zone?

classname: script_struct
targetname: zone1_spawners_rise
script_noteworthy: find flesh
origin: XYZ coords (think u dont need them^^)
EDIT: i am the only one who thinks its easier to write per skype or something like that?^^
yes i see the yellow line but they are coming from the zone with an arrow to the spawner

lol, not stupid, you just didnt know.

Zones need to be touching but "not" overlapping. The lag is caused by you "not being in a zone" and because zombies cant find their way from one zone to another without "leaving" the zones entirely, so the zombies cant spawn properly (due to the mechanic that spawns them in close areas, at least thats my understanding)
