What you see here is what you get—well, you also get the Bowie Knife, Speed Cola, and the Pack A Punch. This is a small survival map with 2 traps that you can use to cut the map in half, they even give powerups, how nice of them. You only have one life to deal with the fast spawning hoards, so good luck, and try to get a Ray Gun, ASAP.
