how do i put this map in the folder because idk what to put in the folders because everything is seperated

Hi, you need to download the zip file, then place it in the mods folder, then open the zip file and copy-paste its contents into the mods folder.

No problem , for download ZIP , click on download ,then click on the text download under file zip.
