Problem Launching Some Customs

Hi everyone,
I wanted to play some new custom maps, so i downloaded and installed in my pc. The problem is that when i want to star my solo run, the game crashes with no errors. I already installed the T4M, but same. I've also uninstalled the maps and re-installed, but nothing. I've tried with: Encapment V2 and Ragnarok MOD. My pc runs a Win 8.1; is the OS the problem?
Please help me.
