I am just getting into modding and would really like to get into editing some custom zombie maps. I can't seem to get launder.exe to run though. I have meticulously followed all the directions and have tried multiple times.

I am running windows 7 and I have the steam version of WaW. One by one, I open each mod tools pack in winrar, then drag and drop the files into my root directory. I merge the folders and replace/overwrite all the files when I am prompted. At the end of installing the mod tools and the 1.0.6 path, I right click launder.exe and run it as administrator. It doesnt even open, I immediately get a "launder has stopped working" window and it never opens.

Any ideas?

have you tried right clicking on the exe for launcher comparability settings and set it to Windows xp service pack 3

Yeah, I've tried running it with both XP service pack 2 and 3. I've also tried extracting the modtools to a new folder first before putting them in my root folder and I've tried installing the "All modtools in one pack" from the wiki instead of installing them separately.
