So I've been trying to get Maya 8.5 and been looking on ebay and amazon with no results
Does anybody knows or found a page where can I buy it? Or someone is looking for a buyer?

If you haven't found it there then you aren't going to find it. Use a later version of maya student version then use the blender cod plugin for blender to export the models/animations.
