so i already have tuts for porting black ops weapons... my problem is with maya
1. i need to enter a code to make it work
or
2. get the free trial that does not last forever (witch keep in mind im going to be using maya for quite a while...)
so what do i do to fix this bullshit =|

register as a student for 3 years for free.

If you want to port from Black Ops 1 you can do it without maya.

you can use Tom's Xmodel utils (or Lime) to rip the models, and Tom's Xanim Exporter to convert the anims from the Bo1 modtools

yeah well thats my problem when i launch lime it says it can't detect the game or something like that
If you want to port from Black Ops 1 you can do it without maya.

its the only way to get BO1 mod tools

anyway no it isnt, as bo1 can be steam OR disc OR GFWL - and the disc/GFWL version does NOT give you the mod tools

will you learn some etiquette please? Remind yourself how to be polite, or expect your topics to go "unanswered"

HarryBo21 is just trying to help. And for stuff like 1 hour videos, if you have the passion for mapping then sometimes it takes time and effort.
