Story: Titan Corp established many mining sites for the metals necessary for their facilities. The new work oppurtunities were a blessing to small towns. Thousands of workers rushed to apply

From what I understand the test facility that turned William Baker aka Flint Marko into Sandman is never named outside of calling it a "nearby nuclear test reactor". I love comics, so I will be following this one closely as well.

-Bam Daniels Whiskey Perk - gives the zombies "double vision". Activate the perk and the zombies run away from you for 10 seconds. Has a 2 minute cooldown before it can be activated again.
-OR Bam Daniels Whiskey Molotov's - all zombie in the radius of the splash of the Molotov are reduced to walking speed. Whiskey puddle stays active for 2 minutes, run zombies through the puddle to slow them down.
-Sticks of Dynamite instead of grenades.
-Teleporter is replaced by a stagecoach ride OR take a stagecoach ride to the PAP machine.
-"Prickly Cactus Cider" Perk: Stopping power
-"Quick Draw" Perk: Combines Speed Cola and super fast ADSing
- Once every couple rounds a sandstorm blows through decreasing visibility and bringing with it "The Sandman" and until the Sandman is killed the round never ends and zombies keep spawning in.
-Instead of claymores/betties you now have old fashion steel "Zombie Trap" which once tripped by a zombie will open and close for 1 minute killing/damaging everything that walks into it:

- A buildable wooden gallows trap where zombies that get near it get hung old west style.
- "Professional Gunfighter"  perk - Dropping down to one knee gives you a tiny crosshair for all weapons and gives you steady aim.
-Black Powder Kegs: Explosive barrels scattered throughout the map that once they are destroyed will respawn the next round for you to enjoy all over again.
-Red targets above doorways that when they get shot dump black tar/oil on everything below it. Then once the oil gets shot it ignites causing fire and severe burn damage to the area. At the start of the next round the trap is available for use again.

The citizens enjoyed the new occupational opportunities, as well as educational ones for the children. In their time of high society, a great evil was emerging beneath.

ya, it doesn't have to be the ghost from buried, but some kind of ghostly boss would  be sick, maybe have someone do a model or something, it would fit really well and the hype would be through the roof

have an electromagnetic fields test tomorrow morning, after that I might drink a beer , take a nap, then script a ghost ai.

A ghost that disappears and reappears at random and follows the nearest player at a medium pace and when he is within 15ft of the player his perks go offline til the end of the round or for the next 2 minutes whichever you choose. The Ghost cannot be killed and does no actual damage to the players. If the ghost appears and then disappears and all the players were able to avoid having their perks taken then and only then with the ghost open the area to the PAP machine for 2 minutes. After that time the players are forced out and it is ceiled off until the next time the ghost appears.

Ok, unfortunately I can't make a drop-in fix for the viewhands because it requires an xmodel file to be updated which has to be done through an FF. I noticed that Titan Corp UGX Edition would boot without localized_nazi_zombie_titanv3.ff so I used that name to load the xmodel update:

Obviously this isn't a good fix because your zombie models are now missing and I'm sure there was more stuff in that FF. So I think the only way to release the fix would be to recompile one of the UGX Mod v1.0.x ffs to add in the new xmodel... however I doubt I would be able to pull that off since everything in my mods folder is adjusted for v1.1. I'll see what I can do.

Edit: You didnt use nazi_zombie_titanv3_load.ff so I was able to use that name to inject the xmodel. I'll update the map manager version of Titan so that this is fixed for any new players. I'll make a post shortly to release the file for other maps.

I don't remember the details of that viewmodel but you might be able to use hideTags to hide the scope - to me it looks like its lined up with the iron-sights. I'll try to look into it more in the meantime.

Edit: Fixed with the attached weaponFile. Turns out using CoD4 viewhands in CoD5 is what causes hideTags to behave incorrectly. The new viewhands are CoD5 rigs and now hidetags works properly - so the weaponFile just had to be updated with new tag names.

when "WestTown" is released I will include a drag and drop mod that will replace WAW weapons with Black Ops weapons. No assets will be included outside ffs.

I will be sure to beta test for real (unlike Titan V1) and wait for the thumbs up before releasing the mod

Also Included:

Solo Revive            (Same as BO)
Vulture Aid             (same as BO2)
Electric Cherry       (same as BO)
WunderFizz           (random perk)
Mule Kick               (third gun slot)
PhD Flopper          (prevents splash and fall damage)
Deadshot Daiquiri (same old hipfire-reduction-laser-just-for-show-daquiri)
Staminup              (extended running)

note: no model assets will be included outside fastfiles, in radiant the machines models will be placeholders, then changed in-game.

estimated release for "WestTown" and "Public BO Mod" is early December.

If you are good at porting you can shorten the release date by contributing to the gun porting effort. Please use WAW fx for muzzle flashes to avoid approaching the FX limit.

COOP testing will most likely begin mid-august

This mutation of zombie is interesting in that direct contact with it's bodily contents causes severe hypnoses. Even after waking up, strange effects persist. There have been reports of panic attacks due to the hallucinations of crawling zombies and close friends calling out for help.

Advice if contact is made:

- ask teammates where they actually are
- don't touch any power-ups for at-least 10 seconds after contact
- don't waste ammo on what's not actually there

Titan Corp required precious metals to further their developments. In order to meet deadlines the miners would be forced to work long hours with minimal safety regulations. They were told to mine for gold and "green metal". When exposure to the 115 was still weak, laborers displaying signs of insanity were dismissed as overworked and dehydrated. It wasn't until they struck a large pocket of the material that they knew it was something more.

Im in Colorado right now on an internship so Ive been working/getting out as much as possible. When I map its usually because Im stressed from college courses and I want to use my mind for something I want to do. Heading back to college August 25th, and after the 3 first weeks thatre still enjoyable Ill probably get back into mapping.

expect some updates sometime in September! I hope to release it sometime in November with the UGX mod. Til then I hope some people are still enjoying Titan Corp! When Im not working on a map I build back stories for EEs in my mind so look forward to some background stuff in this map!

but for now, what gameplay aspects of Titan Corp. would you like to see return in this map? Was Titan too narrow and tight?

I really enjoyed titan corps, but in solo, it is really tight quarters until you get to the room with mule kick...If possible, i would like to see a few more trainable locations before i see the whole map.  Either way though, this one looks amazing too, and i can't wait to play it.

I reckon a water slide like in shangri-la, or something along the lines. Also, nice map mate and will this map feature BO guns because in the OP you have the G36C from the UGX mod, but now you have the BO1 colt, a little confused

i noticed that the M14 has a foregrip, but the character's hand impales itself on it? also i saw deadshot daquiri in the background of the image. Will the ported perks be broken (PHD, Deadshot, Stamin-up, vulture-aid, if added) because most maps that i've played have had broken perks

I hear he's really good friends with that bamskater guy so I would think he would use his perks. In fact, I hear they are so close that people often get them confused and think that they are the same person.

stamin-up: sprinting like a mad man
PHD: not taking explosive and fall damage
Real Stamin-up: Increase sprint duration and slight increase in movement speed
Real PHD: does take Fall and explosive damage

i suspect he will, its only a beta for now just to get the map fully working ensuring that there arent any bugs with the map.

I agree, you must use higher quality textures to make the map look much better. Dont worry about the map file size too much. I dont mind downloading a larger map if it looks that much better!

It will, right now im focused on North Company. The beta may be lacking as I was unaware of YAW's contest when I announced it. But the beta will be a fully functioning map, and the full release will mostly likely now be toward the end of December.

It takes you to a rooftop with no other entry points, and possibly 5 other points in the map. its only purpose is to change your location, and you can only get off if the zones been active. If the zone is active though, it forces you off.
