Hello I was trying to play with friends but everytime it always says that the game session is no longer availabe. I know that this has been touched on before and that there has been fixes for the problem but nothing works. Whenever I go to put my I.P. adress in the url it just says page not found. There is no way I can get to a website from my I.P. so is there any other way to fix this?

Are you on Steam or DVD? Or is one of you on DVD and the other on the latter? That could be the problem. For the DVD users, I'll link the LANFixed version here (https://callofdutyrepo.com/2018/07/14/codwaw-lanfix/).
If you dont know how to install it, simply read up on the topic here (https://www.ugx-mods.com/forum/mods-releases/61/world-at-war-modification-t4m-r45/8092/).
If you still can't figure it out, here's the simplest way to put it. Drag everything in the ZIP into C:/Program Files x(86)/Activision/Call of Duty - World at War and replace whatever it asks you to, and you're done.
T4M is also in the topic I linked you to. You can install it after the LANFix, by again simply dragging and dropping into you CoD WaW root folder ;)
