I installed the visual studio version 3.0 from the link but I still get the error.
Looking at the settings I noticed that as version of visual studio there was default (ie before installing version 3.) version 4.2.

I have not tried to install visual studio because on the Microsoft site I read that I do not need it for windows 10.

I started creating maps for CoD WaW a few days ago ....
After you have created and completed it within the game to try it, just typing the name of the map into the console starts loading for about 10 seconds and then see the game hangs ....
