Hello I know this might not be the correct place for this but I figure I'd get more answers here.

Does anyone know an active download link for the BO2 perk scripts such as PHD vulture aid or Who's who? I've been trying to get them but there are no download links anywhere. All the links I've found are either invalid dead or the file is removed. Please help. i really want these.
