So i thought i would like to add lights, that activate when power or how to add driving vehicles to the map is on but idk how to do it.
Would be nice If someone will help me

I think there is not really a good tutorial about vehicles and lights.

I wouldn't recommend you to use vehicles in zombies unless you know what you're doing.
Zombies for example maybe cannot track you while driving a tank

Okay so lights worked but with vehicles i meant something like the tranzit bus or a tank thats just driving around the map
which you can or cant access
