We just got it fixed I guess he didn't unzip the file properly and thats why it didn't work. I appreciate the help thanks

I followed the tutorial it worked perfectly however I had my friend do the exact same thing and it doesnt work. We both have steam versions of the game. I had him extract the file and drag d3 file into the game folder and it always crashes loading up a map for him but not me. He is using a high quality pc meanwhile im running it smooth on my $500 laptop lol. He tried lowering textures multiple times and that didnt work. Can someone help please?
