Hey mate, how can this be used with minimal effort to enable a third weapon (eq. to Mule Kick)?

So I've seen a few mods that incorporate bo1 perks into WaW maps, and I'm wondering if one could find a way with simply inserting some (or all) of those perks into Der Riese? I am mainly interseted in playing vanilla Der Riese + Mule Kick. No other alterations. Some mods add these things, but alter too much for me. I have a mod installed that adds perks into the WaW engine, but I don't know of any console commands or anything to actually toggle them in Der Riese. Any advice?

Heya, using this now! Looking for classic WaW engine on Der Riese, but with at *least* Muel Kick from bo1. Ideally, interested in most/all perks from bo1. Also interested in maybe modding a few guns around - would you have any tips on getting started learning to mod that?
