I guess that a lot of people know the TMG (triple mgames) custom maps. There is a map named TMG Der riese guns mod, but I don't find it anywhere

My question is : Does someone knows the download link for this map and for other TMG maps ?

I have a cracked world at war , is it possible for me to create my own custom maps ? I would like to become a custom map creator , what shall I do first in order to start and where can I learn the basics ? Thank you . I ask this because there are a lot of topics for modding and I don't know where to start , I don"t even know if my cracked waw version is compatible with mod tools or softwares like radiant etc ...
