found the solution. you just have to change the (,) into a (.)  go to control panel . change time panel. more options and there you can change the (,) into a (.)

Yes. the error that i get is : Error opening GdtDB file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops III\\gdtDB\gdt.db'.

but only when i try to build the map. when the checkmark is on "ignore errors" then it will give me that message. otherwise it just stops and says it takes a view seconds. but it never finishes. please help (
