Why is the EU server of the Manager down? I don't mind downloading from USA with low speed but still

Why is the openwarfare website "down". The server is still up but you can't pretty much access anything there, just white page. Would be cool to know why OpenWarfare was "shut down".

Honestly this is a best map i have played ever. Im not going to play these vanilla maps when you have this

I managed to get custom weapons for cod waw working in cod4 though.
