I've already watch this video it is a good video but it doesn't help me in my case. I can get the zombie to spawn on there but they just sit there. how would I make the spawning zombies go to that hole and then jump down

That and change the references to "getent" as structs are not "ents"

Should use structs - ents count towards gspawn
In this case - this case being all you need is the origin of locations - structs would be perfect

Use script_origins to make a path then move the player to them I suppose, you can also disable their controls so they don't move.
press B to bring up browser
choose info - volume make it the size you need
Press n to bring up entity Info
change targetname to start_zone
Press Add KVP
script_noteworthy | player_volume
target | start_zone_spawners
That should do it.
