HELP WITH BLACK OPS 1 MODDING PLZ

I'm trying to learn how to mod with black ops and I tried to port over the m1911 from black ops 2 and when I build the mod the mod manager gives this message

Hey Im new to mods and I just want to change the zombies eye colors in Black Ops 1 Maps and I know Its possible so can someone please give a detailed tutorial to a noob of zombie modding so I can change their eye color to blue, orange, or red just for a cool effect and if you can throw in how to change the announcer much appreciated thanks for reading and if you reply, for replying. :alone: :derp:
