Oh stop it ::blushes::  people keep saying that but when I would only hit compile it wouldn't update my radiant stuff. Maybe it was just a fluke at that time. We shall see.

what do you mean by to a certain point, like instead of going towards your player?

Im trying to give my door the "targetname" KVP and it says "Key already exists as a different type in one or more selected entitiy." I don't know how to give the KVP to the door without messing up other things that have the targetname KVP.

If it says it already exists just look up a bit "targetname" is on a lot of stuff now by default just click it and put your name in it.

haha yea, I've just been doing a lot of looking around reading kvps on the default stuff etc. I'm like oh well you don't look like a zombie mr square box haha

do you have the zombie spawners as well?

Press B - choose actor - something factory zombie

struct are no longer spawners

just select them and drag them on the graph like you make any brush bigger

press B to bring up browser

choose info - volume make it the size you need

Press n to bring up entity Info

change targetname to start_zone

Press Add KVP
script_noteworthy | player_volume
target | start_zone_spawners

That should do it.

wall buys are made into prefabs, right click them click prefab /stamp prefab, then see how they are done and make your own

not just risers, any zombie that starts of "on this side" of a barrier, so they look for a player and not a barrier

So not that you ever would, but regular zombies would use this logic too, if you were spawning them right by you or something silly like that

but would those zombies jump through windows?

I think people are tired of box maps, but as box maps go, this one was one of the better ones. I like that there was actually a chalenge and an Easter egg to unlock PaP and the box. The hidden doors were also a nice touch. It's better than just having all the perks, weapons, PaP,  and box all scattered around one room. Like others have said, I liked the lighting. I'm pretty sure there was only one light in the map but it worked lol. It gave a more spooky feel to the map rather than spamming bright lights around the map like new mappers tend to do.

I know this is your first map and I can understand why you wanted to keep it simple. I feel you have great potential and I am excited to see what you can do with your next map. Like others have said, there are tons of tutorials on this site to add custom scripts and such as well as tons of custom weaponry on cfg. Don't be afraid to ask questions on the forum or chat and I think you will go far as a mapper. Good luck.  :)

Yea there are only 3 lights in the map 1 mid room, 1 above mystery box, and 1 above pack a punch :)

And like I said before this map was mainly for my tutorial series, but I added a lot and found it fun so figured I'd share it.

My next map will be much better :)
