Hello everyone! I've been very busy the past year or so, and haven't been able to be a part of the community as a result. I got married, have been a part of an indie film group, and tried my hand at writing. But now I'm back to let everybody know this project IS NOT DEAD! And I've got some exciting news to share with everybody regarding it! Note that I started a new thread because I'm unsure of how to unlock an old thread.



UPDATED 04/27/2019 Now onto the features:

- NECRONOMICON WEAPON!

- CHAINSAW MELEE WEAPON!

- BO1 weapons.

- A few BO2 and BO3 weapons.

- Intense detail.

- Beautiful lighting.

- Playing as Ash, travel back and forth in time and space from the iconic cabin and the medieval world of "Army of Darkness."

- Tons of custom audio, including: Tons of hilarious Ash one liners replacing original character dialogue, a complete overhaul of zombie sounds. Every sound is either deadite vocals or better sounding zombie sounds, some of which I created myself!

- Soul collectors.

- Custom vision. I decided to give the vision a 80's horror film aesthetic. It's like playing through the original evil dead film!

- Tons of Evil Dead easter eggs.

- Lots of custom FX.

So, would there be any way to set up a melee weapon, such as the bowie knife, to do gibbing with every weapon, instead of just with shotguns? I'm realizing the head gibbing only works with the bowie knife while you have a shotgun weapon currently in use. So i really have two questions: 1. How would I go about increasing gibbing frequency with the bowie knife, and 2. How would I set the bowie knife up to do head gibs with every weapon, and not just shotguns?

So I have a chainsaw .obj file and i desperately need it in xmodel_export format. Problem is i simply do not have access to maya. Is there anyone here that could do the conversion for me?

Hello everyone!

So my full blown evil dead project is finally nearing completion!

Features of this level include:

- Custom sounds, including player voiceovers (you play as ash!)
- Intensely detailed - seriously I put SO much work into the architecture and environment
- Tons of FX
- Play in the cabin AND the castle from army of darkness
- Horror Themed
- Bluntstuffy's soul boxes
- Many ported weapons

Update 07/21/2018 - added a bunch of bo1 weapons, still working on coming up with a chainsaw weapon!

Update 07/22/2018 - Added a chainsaw model successfully, just need appropriate anims/weapon files done! image below

Update 07/15/2018 - added custom blood spatter effects and an axe replacing the bowie knife as a buyable melee weapon! First video!

So I have recently been working on a level that involves a moon style teleporter, and I need a way to either make all the zombies teleport with the player to the new area, or kill them and spawn new ones in the new area. In addition, either way, I also need a way to flag the new zone to activate upon being teleported there, AND a way to deactivate the spawners in the left behind area. And it would of course need to work both ways. Can anyone help me out here?

well, so i figured its about high time i make some political statements. if you are easily offended and cant take a joke, look away, because i guarantee this will upset you. in this level, so far i have:

- replaced stock character vocals for first player with actual Donald Trump audio quotes
- added transsexual zombies (Nazi zombies with female heads)
- began constructing the environment (trump towers bathroom)
- began porting custom weapons over to WAW
- began adding other custom audio that'll fit the mood perfect.

 here a quick look at the progress so far!

so to put this simply, is there any way to set a texture to glow and scroll at the same time? the world_unlit setting in asset manager disables the sub scroll option

ok so i am running into this issue with maximum curves and terrain vertexes. aaand i have all the points that can be combined with outher meshes to form one welded. so i was wondering, is it possible to convert a brussh, terrain, or curve patch into an xmodel format?

alright, so i am pleased to finally announce my latest project, pompeii!!!

im just getting started, but heres a few little teasers!



just a small picture, but more to come later in the week. ive just began working on all the magnificent volcanic effects, such as lightning, ash, eruptive columns, pyroclastic flows, and of course lets not forget the beautiful roman architecture. fight the undead in a twisted parallel timescale in the shadow of mt. vesuvius, pomepii's destroyer. feedback is welcome!!!

so does anyone happen to know what these errors mean? im trying to add vox sounds to my level, and every sound on the list gives me this error

ERROR: c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\call of duty black ops iii\share\raw\sound\aliases\zm_vox.csv
