Winter Wunderland: Black Ops Remaster

You might remember this map from a few months ago on World at War... now it has migrated to Black Ops 1, with improved features, graphics, and gameplay!

Gauntlet:
The gauntlet from the WaW version has been moved to this version to see who can get the highest round! Currently the prize pool for the top 3 winners is over $300!

Gauntlet Info & Rules
Games for the gauntlet can be started any time between now and Jan 31 at 11:59PM EST. After that, players will only be able to play the games they are currently in until death or reset.
-Players can try as many times as they want, and any game played within the above period can be submitted.
-Game must be streamed on Twitch or Youtube with the tag "[WWLG]"
-Fast Ray: Allowed (macro or double bind)
-TIM: Allowed
-Highest round wins (if tied, fastest game wins)
--Currently the prize pool is over $300! If you would like to donate to the prize pool, you can do it through CashApp at: https://cash.app/$wunderfulburied
-The prize money will be split 50% for the winner, 25% for 2nd place and 25% for 3rd place. Currently that means $150+ for first place and $75+ for 2nd and 3rd!

Winter Wunderland

Hey everyone, welcome back to Winter Wunderland! I first released this map in February 2018 and since then it has undergone extensive updates and fixes. If you played the original, this version is about as smooth and seamless as I can make it. Enjoy!

Features:
-4 Original perks + Mule Kick, PHD, & Staminup
-Black Ops 1 weapons (including 4 Wonder Weapons)
-Custom perk icons
-Black Ops 1-style gameplay
-Instakill rounds starting on round 99 (reminiscent of Black Ops 1)
-In-game timer and artificial reset of 15 hours
-Electric traps
-3 hit down without jugg (like BO3)
-FOV slider (under game options)

Note: If you join a coop lobby and are not the host, the coop lobby will show up as the main menu. However, you are still in the lobby, but you can leave by selecting Solo or Coop.

Gauntlet Info & Rules

-Games for the gauntlet will be able to be started at 12AM EST on August 17
-Highest round WINS*
-Full gameplay shall be streamed on either YouTube or Twitch
-[WWLG] must be present in your title for you to earn recognition for participation
-Modifications of any kind besides FoV are not allowed
-At 11:59 PM on Sept 11, players will no longer be able to restart games for the gauntlet. Players will be able to play the games they are currently in until death or reset. Players can start playing games for the gauntlet any time before this deadline.
-Players will be able to submit the highest round they achieved during the gauntlet regardless of whether it was the final game they played, as long as that game was started after 12AM EST on August 17

There's this one debris in my map you can clear but the zombies refuse to go one way through it. They're fine with going the other way, but even if I'm standing right across from them on the other side of the debris was (after I clear it) they refuse to walk towards me and instead take a longer route around to me. I checked out the area with ai_shownodes on and found that the lines connecting the nodes in that spot are red instead of blue, but I'm not sure what that means. Here's a picture, any help would be appreciated. None of the pathnodes involved are inside brushes or models either, by the way.

Alright, I've got a list of problems here that I'm hoping someone will be able to help me out with:

1. I'm using Bam's electric cherry with Harrybo21's perks (because I like area of effect of Bam's cherry more) I finally got it to completely work with Harry's power & perks except for one issue: the cherry perk shader doesn't disappear when I go down. How do I fix that? Done!

2. I'm currently using this tutorial for character randomization and character-specific viewhands: https://ugx-mods.com/forum/index.php?topic=7214.0

My friend gave me the Origins viewhands to use in my map, but I can only get 1 at a time to work (with the others my gun is just floating in my face) and furthermore the viewhands look like this in game: http://i.imgur.com/EJeJMYX.jpg

I had BO1 Nikolai's before and they looked fine, except my mauser had a scope on it for some odd reason.

3. How do I make the player able to take 3 hits without Jugg (2-hit redscreen, like BO3)? Done!

I'm working on adding player specific viewhands to my map, but whenever I use my mauser with a set of viewhands that is not the one listed as "handModel" in the mauser's weapon file, the mauser has a scope. is there a way to set it to work without a scope for more than one set of viewhands?

I've been experiencing an odd bug in my map. Occasionally when I get weapons out of the box it'll display them as having no or very little ammo, even though I can shoot them just fine. Getting a Max ammo does nothing to change this. If they're displayed as having no ammo, it'll make me switch to my other weapon after every bullet I shoot, as if I just shot the last bullet, which is very annoying. I've only experienced this in coop and none of my partners seem to have experienced it. I was wondering if anyone knows why this is happening and how to fix it. I'm using Swazzy's HUD btw, if that matters. Thanks.

I get this error every single time I take a large amount of zombies through my electric trap:



I'm guessing it has something to do with my Nuketown zombies but I have no clue how to fix it  :alone:

I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix it. There is nothing intersecting with this texture in Radiant. If anyone could provide some help it would be greatly appreciated.

So my risers have been messed up for a while - they don't seem to want to work. They only spawn correctly if I set the script struct's targetname to zombie_rise (which, if you don't know, will let them spawn in zones the player hasn't opened yet). If I do the correct KVPs to coincide with the zones, they just say "screw you" and spawn at the actor. And yes, I already know that my KVPs are right, but here they are if you want to look at them:

For the actor:

spawnflags : 3
targetname : start_zone_spawners
script_forcespawn : 1
count : 9999
script_noteworthy : zombie_spawner
script_string : riser

And for the struct:
targetname : start_zone_spawners_rise

I'm assuming this is somewhere in the scripts because it is happening in all of my maps. If anyone could help me fix this, it would be GREATLY GREATLY appreciated.

A map that has been in the works for over a year by mapping and scripting experts has finally gone into the Beta stages! My friend and I obtained this map because we donated to the UGX website, as this beta is not available to anyone except donors. And holy crap, it is awesome! This gameplay series will attempt to scratch the surface of: UGX Requiem.

Hello everyone, and welcome to the WIP topic for my second map, Winter Wunderland (yes, I named it after myself, I'm that self-centered). I have been working on this map for about a month now, and I just couldn't wait any longer to start showing it off!

(Posted this on ZM earlier today but since it is still unsolved thought I'd post it here too)

So, I have this super sexy wall going on:



However, that blend texture likes to screw with me and jump in and out of view because it is aligned exactly with the wall. I tried moving it even the slightest bit away from the wall, but it still blatantly looks like it's floating. What should I do?
