Hi everyone quick question.

in my map i have a debris blocked that i would like to be bought from both ways to activate either zone from whatever side you buy from .
 this works but my problem is if the zone your trying to enter is already activated it wont let me buy the debris.
i could just not add a  zone activate to the trigger but my map has two main ways to go around like kino der toten

if anybody has any ideas please let me know

^ is NOT the fix

Your getting these errors because you did not install the patches and updates for mod tools correctly. Fixing the error, just means you will get "another error" from the "next" set of files that are missing

Reinstall the mod tools - and this time do it "correctly"

hello everyone.I recently created a zombie map on Radiant for COD5 but when i try to launch it in game it gave me this error "could not find file script (mptype/nazi_zombie_heroes)" if someone could help me to fix this problem..Thanks.
Download the file "http://www.mediafire.com/file/us2w30a0xslp69f/nazi_zombie_heroes.zip/file"

Unzip and add the 2 files in there to /root/raw/mptypes

Should fix!

Also Put both files in in "root/mods/mapname/maps"

then in Launcher make sure when your compiling on the "mod builder" Tab in Launcher make sure you select the .gsc file and .csv in the checkbox list on the right

Compile and play!

After a long search I have found it:

you have to add logtrap_sounds soundallias to your mod.
if you don't know how to do that I will explain it for the rest.

go to your modbuilder and add this somewhere in your list:

cs
sound,logtrap_sounds,,all_sp
build the mod and you are done!
perfect will tets tomorrow when i test my alapha build!

 where do i find the sound files for the zipline in the game root? in "raw" folder i assume?

Hi Everyone! Just have a quick simple question. I have a zip line from shi no numa in my map working along with the original script nazi_zombie_sumpf_zipline.gsc but no sounds work. The gsc only has a few soundfiles in the functions but they don't play so my zip line is silent. Any help would be great!

You need to edit the name in the ugxmod.iwd/maps/zombiemode_weapons.gsc

I have seen these images somewhere a year ago? Is this still the same project?
You could'nt have. i only started this 10 days ago, haha probably a alike map your thinking of. 
i did use a base from  "asus8911" but 80% of this map is 100% me :)

Hi Everyone! im developing a new WAW map and i having trouble finding anyone at all willing to help with Very light scipting and general radient quiestions. 

Its sad because everyone has migrated over to BO3, But WAW is definitely not dead. i personally like WAW much better many reasons, including MUCH better optomization and for WAW you dont need some super uber pc to play it at good framerates. :'(

Im trying to make this map a absoulte pinnacle in the community:/and WILL NOT be just another map. and would hate to see it fade out.

if there is anyone at all that even knows ANYTHING about scripting or Radient please let me know. i would hate to trash-can this map over a few simple scripts:/\

Make sure that after you edit the weapon file, you build your mod in Launcher.
Thanks for the reply! well i dont think i would need to as i edited the ugx_guns.iwd After the compile i the codwaw/mods folder. so im puzzled. because i have changed ammo count and weapon specs and they appeared in game fine. but the name was still the same :( Any more ideas?

Hi everyone! im trying to change the weapon names the standard way by openeing the weaponfile and changing it there. although in game the name is still the original? any ideas? :)

a little feedback upon seeing pictures, try to refrain from model spam as that could make the map look cluttered, and may get the player lost.
also another tip is to try and add detailing to the walls and terrain such as rocks on the cliffs or adding steel beams, to make the buildings have life in them and look less hollow.
I know this is very early but I thought I should throw that in there.
Good job on the map so far.


Thanks for the feedback! Models will look much better in game and is made for extreme detail, I had already added beams in the Nazi facility and of course I wouldn't keep the hillside bare like that! Haha will keep everything you said in mind.
